Poor cleanliness. Poor lighting outside. Elevators smell. Less agents to attend to customers. Had to change rooms because of loud music throughout the night coming from nearby establishment , maybe a club.

The property is conveniently located, close to stores and restaurants. ATM is close by. The check in was quick and friendly. The safety is good as there are codes to access the rooms area. The inside they are spacious with all the amenities you would expect as a world traveler. There is possible any of room service to which is very nice. The food is good and local, which is great. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating.

The staff were friendly and courteous. They offer a welcome drink of passion fruit drink. It's very refreshing especially after a long flight. Unlike other countries, Kenyans aren't pushy for tips, but tipping the staff makes them happy and appreciated. The rooms were clean. There are no fly screens in the windows, but we didn't feel that there were mosquitoes. The breakfast was excellent. If you arrive late, you will get the impression that the food is gone, but that's because instead of leaving the food in the container for a long time, they would rather make you a fresh batch. The have a complimentary service to look after you suitcases if you are going off for a safari or visiting another town for a few days. All in all, I was very pleased with my stay at Crossroads Hotel
