This hotel was came very short of my expectations. The first time I stayed here, the rooms were unhygienic, but thats what you get for the price. The second time I tried to book, they confirmed my booking only for me to go in and be told there was no more rooms left. I asked for a refund from the lady at the counter but she didn't look bothered and very was very unprofessional. I asked if there was a senior manager but she couldn't even talk to me and I asked this very calm and kindly. Would be careful when booking as the service is so beyond poor.

These guys were great. we were a little upset by a failed booking at a different place but they more than made up for it. The food and rooms were good. The garden was lovely for yoga and relaxing. If the coffee bar opened a little earlier it would be full marks

Nice hotel with good food. Drinks prices were completely reasonable and it is near CBD but not inside CBD. Had a nice dinner in the garden with the garden lights and music and breakfast was a lot for the price. It was good.

A lovely little hotel.

We had a lovely stay here, a perfect place to land on arrival in Kenya. The staff were really kind and helpful and the food from the restaurant was delicious. Lovely views of the garden from our room.

The sheet wasn't clean, the food was cold . I booked online and given a cumulative discount of 15$ and pay at the premises. At the premises i was given a different price different from the online discount by expedia of 2072ksh but later the staffer was nice and agreed to give me a discount. But mostly on the kitchen side try to amend it
