The staff are very friendly and courteous. I was on the 8th Floor but tge shower experience was not great! The pressure was too low and the water was cold throughout the day! Need to improve that.

Very good hotel

The front desk guy at check-in was wonderful. The staff helped pack our breakfast on the days we went on safari. On the days we had breakfast at the buffet, it was excellent. The location is great. The staff always responded to everything. Dinner at the hotel was fine, and the rooftop is very nice with a happy hour every day.
