The room and the bathtub was well taken care of, so were the towels, counter etc. The warning about using the non-slip mat in the tub IS IMPORTANT. Very slippery when wet and with soap. One issue: The window needs to have a covering as the afternoon sun acts as a greenhouse and the room heats up. The AC does not cover the increase in temperature. The shuttle is a frank ripoff at $25 each way. We used UBER at 600 Kshs one way. Bolt is about the same price.

A convenient location close to airport. Has a restaurant and movie theatre. Very clean and wonderful staff! Story time: my son and I were visiting from the US to see our family for the holidays and he accidentally broke his leg. I was of course heart broken as this was a very important family trip. I am not exaggerating when I say the entire staff there took such good care for us and did practically anything to keep a smile on our face. They steadily became family to us. The guest relations staff, the chief and Peter and Evelyn would check in with us daily. The staff cleaning would do the same. The security staff, Luke from the bar. I’ve been to 45 countries and have never experienced such a warm welcome and loving team. We thank you all for helping to turn our lemons into sweet lemonade. Many blessings to all of you. We will never forget the love and care each of you extended to us. The entire team is amazing! Asante Sana!

This hotel scammed me. I booked the room that sleeps three at a higher price )than rooms advertised to sleep 1 or 2. When I got there they said I paid for a room with three beds but not for three people. They charges $50 for each additional person raising the price of the room for three by $100.

The front desk stuff was hustling me to charge me in Kenya shillings when I didn’t even ask for it. She tried to convenience me her rate was better. When I refused she was very rude . The server named Emily at the breakfast place was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t want us to sit anywhere besides the table she choose for us. She pushed me and directed me to seat at some random table. She went to her co worker to gossip about me thinking I didn’t understand Swahili. She didn’t even want to serve me coffee she was serving everyone else in that room besides us. She was extremely rude. The room cleaners in the hall way making such loud noise and have a loud conversation at 7am while you are trying to sleep. I had to tell them few times to please be quiet. They still didn’t care they were just been loud. The ladies steam room does not work. I was there over 5 days they never fixed it and every time you call they say they are working on it. It’s not worth staying here. The amount of money you spend and the terrible service you get you are better off staying in a different hotel. Above all the cooks in the breakfast place were very nice and kind.
