Ngong Hills had everything I needed for a comfortable week long stay while on business in Nairobi: good location, great wifi, helpful staff, clean/ comfortable room, safe, walking distance to nearby grocery and cafes/ malls, great breakfast included in room price and good on-site bar/ restaurant food with decent prices. I've found my new go-to hotel for future Nairobi trips. I just hope their prices stay reasonable. The road construction on Ngong Rd was inconvenient, but not the hotel's fault... just something to keep in mind as you will need to allow extra time for taxi and car detours until the road work is complete. Geoffrey, Milicent, Alfred, and Joan were especially friendly and helpful staff to me, but honestly everyone was incredibly nice and made me feel welcome.
