Great Location, Unacceptable Management and Safety Hazards ​While the location was excellent and the property looked attractive, poor management and serious safety issues completely ruined our stay. ​Service and Communication Failures: We arrived late (around 11 pm) with no check-in details from the host. Communication throughout the stay was non-existent. On check-out day, despite our 11 am booking time, we were aggressively disturbed by staff knocking four times between 9 am and 10 am. Furthermore, we ran out of electricity in the middle of the night, even after reporting the low power level earlier that day. ​Serious Safety Risks: The most concerning issues were safety hazards. My daughter was injured by an exposed screw on the sofa shortly after arrival. Additionally, the unmarked glass kitchen door was a continuous hazard that everyone in our party bumped into. The host also sent a cleaner daily without notice, and basic amenities like hand towels were missing. Large square plates were provided making it impossible to use the microwave. There are just too many issues which makes you feel this is not a safe house. ​I cannot recommend this property until the management drastically improves basic service standards and eliminates these severe safety risks.
