The place could NOT even be found! Map was wrong. Directions were wrong. No one at ANY "nearby properties/places" ever even heard of it. The telephone number provided was not answered. I gave uo and purchased another nearby room, which I knew was nice. You all need to check out what you set ui in bookings to make sure it is not alk a big fake! I will never book thru Expedia in Kenya again. Shame on you.

Dont stay here...
Arrived in a taxi at the gate and tried to call the receptionist but the line was busy. For more than 30 minutes… When finally got in touch I was given my room and started to unpack. I was interrupted cause another person came and told me that this room was better than what I had ordered. I was tired and stupid, didn’t want to repack, etc and said ok to pay KS 1500 KS extra. Gave here 2000 and she said she would give me back later. Then they started to argue abt Breakfast and said that also would cost extra. I showed them the confirmation from my stay and after a long time she told me I would get breakfast. Then they told me I had to pay everything in cash. Again I showed them the confirmation where it say I had already paid. This led to a long long discussion cause the told me that they would not get money from Hotels.com…
After all this, I guess it took abt 3 hrs from I arrived I tried to connect to WIFI. No connection in my room. The only connection was in the kitchen. Together with the host and maybe other guests…
During this time I had looked at my order confirmation and found that I already had paid for the best room. A “suite”… After another long discussion they agreed upon returning my KS 2 000. Later….
I was frustrated and went for a dip in the pool. Found the pool closed and my host told me yes, its closed…
Following morning I waited for my KS 2 000 and a breakfast. At abt 9 the host arrived with no money and no breakfast.
I packed and left.

Når vi kom frem bodde det noen på rommet vårt, vi hadde prøvd å ringe verten, men hun svarte ikke, selv om bi ringte 10 ganger. Vi ble innlosjert på et Anne rom, der bodde det et annet par, som vi måtte dele kjøkken og bad med. På natten prøvde det å komme noen inn på rommet vårt og mår vi våknet lå det en beruset/ruset mann på sofaen. Han hadde også låst oss inne og var bortimot 7mulig å vekke. Dette er ikke et hotellrom me 3 stjerne! Ville ikke gitt det 1 stjerne engang. De prøvde også å kreve oss for mere penger, enda vi hadde betalt på forhånd. Eneste grunn til at vi ble der, var at safariselskapet skulle hente oss der tidlig neste morgen. Helt forferdelig hold dere unna!!!
