The space Upon entering your accommodation you will be instantly met by the beautiful country views via the entrance hall floor to ceiling window. Bedroom 2 is a superking bed which can be separated into two single beds upon request. Again this room has a chest of drawers, clothes hanging rail, a full length mirror and black out blind. The ensuite has a rainfall shower and separate handset as well as an led mirror with shaving charger and demister.

All bedding and soft furnishings are of the highest standard. Guest access The property is newly built, modern and spacious. There is free parking in front of the accommodation for two cars.
Access to the property is via a lock box located on the right hand side of the entrance door. Please make sure you return the key to the lock box each time you leave the property and upon your departure. Lost keys will charged for.
The outdoor patio area which is accessed from the living area is for your private use. Other things to note Please note our family home is attached to this accommodation which is accessed via an internal door which will be locked during your entire stay. Our family consists of 2 girls 11 and 13 years old and our miniature Schnauzer dog Freddy.
The guest living area is completely self-contained and has it's own lockable front door and rear patio doors. Should you need us at anytime please call my mobile telephone number.

Lovely stay. Bruce was a fantastic host, available to help when needed and made sure we had what we needed. The view was spectacular -- a highlight was a visit from a smaller herd of cows at sunset. Our son loved the coloring books. Comfortable beds, nice showers. Everything you might need!

Danke Bruce, Du hast hier ein kleines Paradies für Gäste geschaffen, in dem wir uns unbeschreiblich wohl gefühlt haben. 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem 1,50m Queen-Bett und jeweils eigenem Bad mit endlos warmem Wasser und flauschigen Handtüchern, ein Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile, Essplatz für 4 Personen, einem Sofa und dem Ausgang auf die schöne Terrasse mit Sitzgarnitur, Gas-Grill und dem Blick ins Grüne. Alles hochwertig ausgestattet, sehr sauber und im TOP-Zustand. Allein die Bettwäsche: so kuschelig haben wir auf unserer ganzen Reise noch nicht geschlafen. Dazu Parken vor der Tür, absolut Ruhe und ein eigener Eingang. Da haben wir uns gerne an Deinem Begrüßungs-Whisky bedient und auf Dein Wohl getrunken!
