Kitchen Lacking

The water saving faucet did not have a sprayer attachment and the water dribbled out making it hard to wash dishes. There was a broken drawer in the kitchen and it was haphazardly stored in the laundry room. No Microwave.

Located close to the Main Street in Nairn, a five minute walk to the harbour and another couple to the beach. Great location to stay.

No response from the owner and hotel.com!!!

I booked this flat to stay for 2 nights with my family. I told them I am going to arrive late at night. They emailed me with the self check in instruction and the code to open key locker. When I arrived at the property at 23:00 there was no key! I tried to phone them however no one answered the phone! We had to spend the night in the car as other hotels were full. Next day they phoned me to stay they are sorry because they forgot to put the key in the locker!!! I am still struggling to get refund for the mess that Hotel.com and the property owner/ manager created! My advise dont book it if you are going to arrive late. Dont trust hotel.com too. because they didnt pick up the phone too!!!

Communication for arriving and codes to arrive were amazing. clear and concise. Sink in Bathroom too shallow for use. Tried to wash face and shelf above was in the way. Shower tray needs to be reviewed as water flowed out the back into bathroom. Would still stay again.

Short stay at the end of our main holiday, clean , comfy beds , good location but hot water needed to be heated up over a few hours and there were minimal kitchen utensils , but basic enough to what we needed but no wine glasses , cheese grater things like that , nice size. very modern property , looks a lot of new from floors , bathroom to bedrooms etc
