Figuring out the rent car pickup was a little confusing, but the staff is VERY responsive via Expedia messaging and email. Our electronic door lock locked us out at 10p and a couple of fast emails later someone was at our door making a fix. Excellent service!

The hotel room is small, but comfortable. The range of items they have for the guests to borrow(it says “rent” but there’s no charge) is amazing, there is on site free laundry facilities and its on a quiet street that’s a short(800-1000 yen) uber to downtown.

Self-service hotel about 15 minutes away from Naha city center. Clean and spacious rooms with many free amenities. Check-in instructions were provided in English and easy to understand. There is a washing machine you can use for free, that’s a big plus. The only downside and reason I don’t give a top score is the air conditioning unit. It didn’t really cool down the room and it was always a little too warm, particularly at night.

Nice room for large group. Nice breakfast every morning Downside are : - washer/dryer in room cannot work (electricity always trip when we turn it on) - sounds from room upstairs is very disturbing, especially the footsteps can be very loud. We had a group who had party until around 3:00 am. We could even heard the laughter of the people upstairs. Floor/ceiling should be soundproofed.

The hotel located about 15 to 20 minutes walk from the monorail station but still convenient and the place offer so much free stuff that its worth a little extra walk. They also have a rental car on the premises if you reserve with your room. They have free laundromat, stroller, and more stuff for beach. I recommend this place.
