Solid property with great beach access. It was a bit frustrating entering the home to realize we were given very finite amounts of essentials like garbage bags, and toilet paper. Especially for a house that sleeps more than just 2 people… the house made a lot of noise too when trying to nap/sleep. Getting texts asking about my stay, then I responded honestly to them, and no one followed up which was frustrating. Getting two different sets of instructions: one from VRBO and one from the realty company was tough too when they contradicted each other; especially the trash instructions. House had dust everywhere too. In the end, it worked out for what we needed, but it could have been a better experience. Attention to detail was just lacking.
