My wife and I rented this property for 6 nights during May/June of this year and expected it to be as represented in the listing and available during the entirety of our 6-day rental period. The location is great. Everything else sub-standard. Property is not as described. New renovations consisted primarily of white paint over entire interior wood paneling and a few new bathroom fixtures. "Screened-in sun deck" mentioned numerous times in listing did not exist, and all wood decking around the property is in very poor shape. Same thing with "covered outdoor lounge area." Unusable, and ping pong table mentioned in listing wasn't there. Outdoor gas was grill filthy and unusable. And a shutter outside the bedroom we used was loose and banged all night prior to it being repaired. In addition to these deficiencies, we were locked out of the property for several hours one morning-afternoon, total disrupting that day of our vacation. The Premier host representative we interacted with seemed only casually interested in this denial of contracted services event, never responded to specific questions about the misrepresentations in their listing of this property, and seemed more interested in congratulating himself for resolving a problem that should never had occurred in the first place. I would not recommend this property or this management company to anyone.
