The house was excellent and made our stay in the Outer Banks so comfortable! Very clean with a very well-stocked kitchen. All the beds were very comfortable and everyone appreciated the tv’s in the bedrooms. Easy and quick walk to beach access. Beach chairs, toys, and cooler were so helpful for our trips to the beach. We would love to return!

This property was lovely. Plenty of room for a family of five. Kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the keurig and regular coffee pot. The rooms were exactly as pictured. Living room had a couch, loveseat, reclining chair, and a comfy reading chair. The beds had soft and comfortable toppers on them. The air conditioning was perfect, and there are lots of ceiling fans to move the air. We loved the amenities under the house: porch swing, table & chairs, casual seating, great outdoor shower with changing area, and we loved the festive lighting. We also frequently ate or drank our coffee in the screened in porch. Plus, the location is perfect by being 2 blocks from the beach. We found Nags Head a great town for a family that wants to do activities: mini golf, go carting, jet skiing, bowling and movies (for the day it rained), and lots of other amenities.We had absolutely no issues with this house - it was the perfect fit for our family.

Home Away From Home

We had the best week! The cottage is really close and easily walkable to the beach access that can be seen from the cottage. The cottage itself was very clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing and having a recliner after a long day was a big bonus. The multiple decks and outside seating areas were very nice to have. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. The televisions and ceiling fans in all of the rooms were much appreciated. The outdoor shower and beach chairs were convenient and definitely a plus. We did have an issue with the washer but the owner was quick to respond and great at communicating what was going on. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be fixed and a new one was delivered after we left but it was no one’s fault. The owner was very apologetic and even mailed a sweet card with a gift card for the inconvenience. I would stay here again in a heart beat and hope to visit again next year!!
