Fall Break Stay
The property was perfect for our stay. One of the mattress covers was very dirty, I reached out to the property contact and someone came out right away to clean the cover. There were also some dead flys/wasps and live wasps in the house. The screen doors also kept coming off of the hinges.
Other than that the property was perfect for our stay.

Great location, house just okay.
The location was excellent and quick walk to the beach. Just far enough down for privacy. However there was construction on a brand new house right next door and it was very loud Friday and Saturday. The beds were just ok. Not sure why places haven’t invested in memory foam mattresses yet. The a/c did not work on the bottom floor with the other three bedrooms. The pillows were awful. We went out and bought our own.

The property was beautiful and was as the pictures indicated. We liked the privacy of the property and close proximity to the beach and pool.
We contacted the property management company (Donna) with an issue with the lock and they were very helpful and responsive. Reported a couple of maintenance issues (minor repairs that needed to be completed but did not affect our stay). It would have been beneficial to know in advance that there is a house being constructed next door.
House was supplied with the necessary kitchen items. Additional glassware and silverware would be helpful.
Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Great location to beach
We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and ease of getting all our gear to and from the beach. Overall our stay was great. Fridge/ freezer had not been wiped out prior to our arrival and one of the bedrooms had goldfish under the bed and a soda bottle behind the door at arrival. There wasn’t a broom or vacuum to keep the floors tidy throughout our stay. We also would have appreciated some extra blankets or throws. A maintenance man was in the house one night when we came home without any notice or communication from the management company which we were unprepared for.

Absolutely perfect house for our stay! Exactly as described, clean, and ready to go. The house was able to hold our entertainment on days with chilly and rainy weather between the huge upstairs living area, cornhole, and the hot tub. Would absolutely book here again without hesitation!

Wonderful vacation
It was a wonderful property which accommodated our family of eight very well. We recycle routinely and were disappointed there was no recycle container at our property. Consequently, recycle materials were put in the garbage. We also could have used more silverware as were short on spoons especially. Upon arrival Saturday the grass needed cutting and that wasn't done until Friday. Other than these issues, we enjoyed the house and its accessibility to the beach. The children loved the basketball goal. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets on the spacious back deck and ocean views on the front deck. The Wi-Fi was strong and accommodated all our devices. Online information through Seaside Vacations was excellent and timely. The Happy Stays app was very useful. Thanks for a lovely and delightful time.
