〈スタッフの対応〉 満足した点 とても親切で、宿泊日当日のこちらからの連絡にも、迅速に返信をいただきました。 〈お部屋について〉 良かった点 ・洗濯機があり、浴室も広く、使いやすかった 不満 ・エントランスの開け方がわからず、困った ・浴槽の栓の不具合により、お湯を溜めることができなかった ・ベッドシーツに髪の毛がついたままだった ・宿泊人数全員分の寝具(掛け布団)がなかった

部屋はマンションの一室をホテルにした感じです。部屋には冷蔵庫、洗濯機、アイロン、炊飯器、パン焼き器、レンジ、トースターもあり 食器や鍋、フライパンや　カトラリーも全て揃っていました。 長期滞在には最適です。 残念ながら　１泊利用だったので　使いこなせず　もったいないなぁーって思いました。 風呂には浴室乾燥機も、付いてました。 シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、歯ブラシセット、ドライヤーはありましたが、 フェイスウォッシュ、ボディスポンジ、ボディタオル、ブラシ、ひげ剃り、綿棒、フェイスローションや、クリームは、シャワーキャップや、ヘアゴムはないので持って必要な方は持参する方が良いです。 緑茶、ドリップコーヒーもありましたが、ミルクや砂糖はなく、紅茶も無かったのが　残念でした。 清潔感もあり、とても快適で、過ごしやすかったです。 少し歩くと　栄の繁華街に行けるし、立地もとても良かったです。 又　是非　利用したいです
