老朽化が激しく、泊まるのには少し辛かった言うのが率直な印象です。 部屋が見つからず喫煙ルームを選んだのが悪かったのですが、匂いがキツすぎて部屋にいられないレベルでした。今までも仕方なく喫煙室に泊まった事はありましたが、匂いが気になる事がなかったので、驚きました。部屋中に消臭スプレーを撒き、空気清浄器のスイッチを入れたのですが、そもそもの換気用ダクト内の匂いが染み付いているため、匂いは取れません。失敗しました。私の責任です。これは。甘かったです。 次に洗面室です。アメニティやシャワーは新しくされていましたが、まず、トイレを流すボタン？が便座の蓋に干渉しており、流すのに苦慮しました。(コツを掴めば大丈夫かも)。トイレの備え付けのリモコンは周囲に埃がこびりつき黒く変色して垢のようにへばりついており、触るのに勇気が必要でした。長らく掃除していないのだと思います。埃洗面所のシンクは剥げて変色も酷く、顔を近づけるのは無理でした。また蛇口は閉まらない、お湯の蛇口は動かないし、お湯は出なかったです。勿論湯船のシンクの変色や剥げもはげしかったです。(清潔でしたが、見た目が。。)。シャワーは新しく、アメニティも綺麗でしたので、気遣いは感じました。テーブルの上のポーチの中にアダプタが備え付けてあり、大変助かりました。ただ、そのポーチはあぶらと汚れでベタついており、触るのに勇気が要りました。袋をやめてバンドでとめておくか、袋を洗濯された方がよいと思いました。最後に、おそらく水回りのパイプか、空調のダクトのネジが外れていると思います。隣の人がシャワーを浴びるかトイレを流すタイミングで、激しく金属がずれて揺れる音がしました。怖かったです。ドラム缶を近くで叩くような音でした。壁が薄いので、壁も揺れていました。幸い隣の人が常識的な人で、音は夜の11時位と朝6時過ぎ位だけでしたので、夜は眠れました。ベッドと枕は完璧でした。正直あまりにすごいので、部屋を変えてもらおうか悩んだくらいでした。 スタッフさんはよい方々でしたので、少し残念でした。 次回利用する時は必ず禁煙を選びます。 利用するかは少し躊躇いたしますが。。。

Property was ok. The room was nice, great shower head. The property did not have onsite parking available like they listed on Expedia (it’s been broken for some time). The front desk staff was helpful and did speak English which was a great help. Offsite parking was in a pachinko parlor, and was fairly expensive expensive. We ended up parking across the street. Nice laundry facility that isn’t advertised.

The rooms are small but the hotel was quiet and well kept. It was in a great central location, only a couple blocks from subway and other food and activities.
