Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The supplier was terrible in communication. There was no focal point. The concierge was not available at the check in. There was a lot of miscommunication, half a roll of toilet paper.
The supplier confirmed that there are acs but there were no acs. I request a full refund!
