Great sleeping mattress. Dont like low commode. Have trouble getting up off it. Ask about commode on way out an was told they had rooms with high rise commode with safety bars but the room costmore. Need high rise commodes in all rooms. Thx
Room needed a lot of repairs. Broken sink, peeling paint, etc.
Only toilets and bathtubs got stopped up throughout the hotel
The site wouldn’t give me a receipt despite my request. Said because orbitz no receipt.
The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were very clean
My only complaint is that my room didn’t have the sofabed... other than that had a great stay.
My experience was pleasant. The bath tub had a slow drain but was promptly repaired upon request.
We always stay at the Hampton Inn when we go to North Myrtle. It was a clean room with a microwave and fridge. We love to eat the big breakfast before we go to the beach. We never had any complaints. We recommend to our friends. We plan t stay there again.
We had a very dirty bathroom, lots of dust do to construction.
We had a very good stay. The only thing was the air conditioner was a little loud when it cut off. It woke us up a few times..The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff was excellent. We will stay there again in the future.

The hotel was great for the price. very clean, staff was so nice and i liked the little extra's they had, there were cookies and free drinks at the front desk which i have never seen anywhere. free breakfast was great. the location was not to bad and very easy to find. i would definitly stay there again and recommend to anyone
We spent two nights on a Columbus Day weekend. Liked the location and the room. Comfortable and clean, especially the linens. Some motorcycle noise in the late evening, but that goes with the area.

THE HAMPTON INN'S REPUTATION FOR SUPERIOR HOSPITALITY HAS NOT BEEN ACHIEVED AT THIS LOCATION. SOUTH CAROLINA SWELTERS IN THE SUMMER AND THE CORRIDORS WERE NOT AIR CONDITIONED. THE ROOMS LACK REFRIGERATORS. ALTHOUGH THE HOTEL ADVERTISES AN ON-PREMISES RESTAURANT, IN REALITY THIS AMOUNTS TO A DAILY COSMOPOLITAN BREAKFAST, WHICH, AT BEST IS SUB-STANDARD. ALSO, THIS HOTEL IS A LONG DRIVE FROM MOST MYRTLE BEACH EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES.
When we arrived in our room the bed was not made, then the staff stated that they had to find clean bedding. After paying so much for the room I expected that the room would be done also all the ice makers are all broken. They also turn all the air off in the hallways and elevators. This was the worst experience I have ever had.
