The place was better then advertised. Great location, very clean, quiet area. The ocean view is amazing. Great communication from host. We will 100% be renting again in the future and would highly recommend. Thank for an amazing stay.

Host was extremely helpful and accommodating. The condo was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The host has everything someone would need during a stay including cook/bakeware, cups, and utensils. We chose to use paper and plastic, but I would have no problem using the items provided. It is located close to the outlets and other shopping centers such as Walmart. It’s a short drive to Broadway on one side and lots of shopping and restaurants on the other side. The neighbors are so friendly and the area is quiet which is exactly what I was hoping for. And the view … SPECTACULAR! We even saw dolphins during the last three days of our stay. It was such a great stay and I would absolutely book with Brace again if given the opportunity. It was well worth it and felt like a home away from home.

Wonderful getaway

John did an amazing job and have a wonderful ocean view place, condo was clean, comfortable beds plus washer and dryer in the unit , great location, I will definitely look forward to be back and book again. I highly recommend it , the host thoughtfully provided anything you could need .

The property was as advertised and absolutely wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it felt like home the moment we entered the condo. We loved it so much we had to stay an extra week. Lovely ocean front view from the balcony. Easy access to the beach. It was November so it was cool weather-we walked on the beach but no water activities. However, there was plenty of beach accessories if we had wanted to use them. The decor was quite lovely-the sofa could have been a bit more comfortable. The only TV that allowed streaming is in the second bedroom, the others had cable. No DVD player as in listing. Overall, very nice and we would certainly not hesitate to stay there again.

This is our third time staying at this location. Last 2 times was excellent, this time there was a few minor issues which I did email the manager about as well. Hopefully they will be addressed before our next stay :)

Great getaway

Clean, comfortable rental with everything you need. Room for everyone to spread out and enjoy a great view. Located near shopping and restaurants. Communication was excellent.

This is is great place to stay!

This is our second time staying here. It’s right on the beach ocean front. The condo was very clean and nice and cold when we arrived. When we come back if this spot is available we will definitely get it again
