One of the first Villas to be built in Mykonos is an example of cosmopolitan Myconian style and Cycladic  architecture.
Guests are a few steps aways from the town centre and its notorious nightlife and restaurants and at the same time enjoy peace and tranquility lost in the most magnificent views the island can boast.
Outdoor space consists of two terraces, facing Mykonos town , maximizing the magnificent views.
The upper terrace, which is outside the living area, has a comfortable seating area and an outdoor dining area covered with an elegant pergola. Just a few steps down is a second terrace with a private swimming pool, as well as a relaxation area with its own small bar.
Cosmopolitanism is rediscovered   in the style and comfort of the interiors.
Fully air-conditioned ,the house has two separate wings on the first floor converging into a spacious living room on the  ground floor. Two separate  living room areas and two dining areas as well as an open plan kitchen provide guests with plenty of space to entertain with direct access to the front terrace through French doors.
At the living room level there are two guest bedrooms the one with twin beds, and the other with three single beds,ensuite bathrooms as well as a guest toilet near the kitchen. Each wing is accessible by two different staircases. There are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms sharing a balcony on each wing. The left  wing includes two master bedrooms and the right wing one master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bathroom attached . Both wings are accessible separately.
The layout is unique because it ensures a high level of privacy to its guests.
This special villa is the ideal refuge for guests who want the best of all worlds , a perfect location with direct access to mykonos’ cosmopolitan lifestyle as well as tranquility and relaxation.
