Great Location near Souk

Hotel was in a great location and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had to leave early because we live in kuwait and they closed airport. We were so sorry to leave. We will definitely stay again next time!

Fab Hotel.

Fabulous hotel in a superb location . Very spacious room , decent bathroom , very helpful staff . Breakfast is ok . Minutes walk from the souk and old town. Perfect for a short stay in Muscat.

Location is perfect. It makes sense to upgrade to a suite as they are very spacious and comfortable. Staff very helpful. We tried for them to be a bit more environmentally responsible and not change our bed sheets as we stayed only 3 night but they changed them anyway. Also they throw our soaps that we just opened, seems like a waste.. The breakfast is OK and have a very nice view over the harbour. However it was full of single use plastic: jam, butter etc. PLease remove all single use plastic and ask guest if they want to change bedsheets and towels or not and train the staff accordingly

Leider hat das Fernseher nicht funktioniert, und auch wenn mehrmals Rezeption infoirmirt wurde , ist nichts passiert. Ansonsten ist Hotel sehr sauber, schöne Umgebung und wunderschöne Ausblick aus dem Zimmer.

Ben situé à Mutrah (Mascate)

Hôtel vieillissant, mais idéalement situé sur la corniche avec un personnel très prévenant. Les chambres côtés montagne sont un peu bruyantes, munissez-vous de boules Quies et la clim est très bruyante.La literie est correcte, il faut réclamer une 2ème serviette si vous êtes 2. Ces petits inconvénients sont compensés, par un personnel affable et une excellente situation sur la corniche, près des souks, du marché aux poisson etc...
