Everything was great, stuff very good, polite and helpful. Breakfast had a lot of variety and it was super tasty, Monir was very helpful during breakfast. We will definitely come back and i just hope they renovate bathrooms in the rooms as it is not very practical, especially if you are coming with a family.

We had an excellent stay at the Crowne Plaza Muscat. We stayed 6 nights in total - with a split of 2 days in the middle to visit the desert. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite - especially the reception team who went out of their way to make our stay extra special. The hotel itself was modern and clean - offering an incredible pool area, with beautiful views of the sea, and an incredible sunset. Hotel restaurants, in particular the Shiraz, had excellent food which exceeded our expectations. Overall, I'd recommend the Crowne Plaza hotel to anyone visiting Muscat.

Very comfortable hotel, with a stunning setting, amazing private beach (heavenly quiet). Pool side music very tasteful. We’ve dined at various restaurants a few times and our experience (mind you we’re very picky when it comes to good quality) was absolutely top notch!! Exemplary service from waiting staff to go with. Our last breakfast experience was a perfect example of the well oil machine they are operating at this hotel and how they do this… It was a very windy morning (31st Dec), we couldn’t have breakfast in the usual beautiful pool side setting. We had to be inside, with full capacity hotel, people were told to wait to be seated. With a constant stream of people coming down to breakfast, all the restaurant managers were there with all hands on deck working with their teams to organise the breakfast, rearranging tables to cater for families waiting. Not a single shouting or disrespectful attitude, they worked their socks of with their junior staff. I was very impressed. I’d love to come back any time!! In fact when i was back at home, my first night sleeping, i was dreaming to be back in the hotel ☺️ Thank you so much, you deserve all the praise.

We've stayed in many 5 star hotels, this was hands down one of the best. The room was large and immaculate, the facilities of the hotel are sublime, amazing and state of the art gym, squash, steam, sauna, tennis etc etc. Food for breakfast was varied and of high quality and we all enjoyed the options and were never bored. What really stood out was the customer service, which went over and beyond, special mention for Bhavisha at the restaurant. The hotel had a good choice of exquiste restaurants too, enjoyed the omani and iranian restaurants as well as the poolside one. The pools were large enough and never clutered, water pristine and pool well kept. There was ample room for all. There was always a really good vibe at the hotel in the evenings, always something happening, restaurants had themed nights and cusine as well. Luxurious hotel and surroundings. Really cannot find fault. Overall a pefect stay, we stayed dor 8 nights, could have stayed another 8, we will definitely visit again.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff, great location and brilliant pool and facilities. The complimentary shuttle bus is also a great way to see some sights. The only thing to be aware of if you’re not travelling on business is the on site restaurants / bars are very expensive, especially when the multiple taxes, fees and mandatory service charge have been added on.

The front desk staff and concierge were super friendly and helpful. The hotel shuttle with drop-off and pickup at tourist site was very convenient. The pool area is fantastic and extremely relaxing, and the beach area is idyllic. We really enjoyed our stay and will surely return!

Everything from the beginning was excellent. Actually we arrived early by 3 hours before checkin time. But the staff was kind enough to offer us early checkin. Amazing view from the room. Food options were great. Breakfast spread was very good and also delicious with major cuisines. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Gym is open 24 hours which is a great advantage. Couldn't ask for anything better. We will of course stay again if we decide to plan a trip to Muscat.

The big happy is the beach access. Great pools and delicious food. Evening drinks and appetizers at The Edge bar overlooking Muscat and the beach was special. Staff are friendly and efficient. Hotel was super busy. You really need a car to stay here or have your transport organised. Shuttle service to the Souq , mall and mosque available.
