Room was clean and spacious. Staff was great and very welcoming/helpful. Pools were good, ranging from different sizes and temperatures. I would’ve liked them to be more temperature regulated, especially for the 24 hour pools, and slightly cleaner. They give you refillable water bottles but water stations are few and far in between. Overall though, fun and great experience. Will come back again.

Overall the resort has great amenities, clean and great staff. About 15 minute drive to old Temecula and wineries. There was a mix up with our room but the staff did great on making other accommodations and our stay smooth. The room itself did lack hot water, mirrors and outlets. We had 1 small mirror in the restroom that was not near the closes electrical outlet making it challenging to get ready. There was an event, at the entrance was blocked off, we were not given notice and struggled to get into the resort to park and access our room- for those reason the 3 starr rating.

Hire someone to vacuum and clean the carpet in the halls and clean the buildings where the rooms are. That was a big turn off for the price you charged, you would think you would keep that clean

Absolutely love this place! The room was beautiful. My dog was in tranquil inside. Tyler at the front desk was spriteful. Miranda, the restorative yoga instructor was great! Food was convenient. We had a wonderful stay-cation for our anniversary. My kids had so much fun here and we plan to return.

Everything was enjoyable. It’s big enough and spread out that it never seemed over crowded which we liked. The only thing is we would of liked more towel stations around the resort but other then that everything was clean and well maintained and staff was very friendly

Although the pools and spa grounds were GREAT, the hotel, room amenities and food were not good. If we had been there for a day, probably wouldn’t have been a big deal but staying for 4 days/3 nights, we were ready to get back home.

Lots of bathing options at different temperatures and a nice sauna. Steam room was under renovation and mud bath area was under tight hours that weren’t mentioned at check in or on the map. Room floor was a bit dirty, but the hallways were really bad with dirt everywhere and lots of stains on the carpet. Some of the exterior stairs also looked very run down. Restaurant was not bad for the price.
