Very nice and clean hotel. Super comfortable bed, large TV, super roomy bathroom with plenty of room to put all your toiletries and other bath items on the counter. Most hotels don't have a lot of counter space in the bathroom like this one did. We felt a nice conformity feeling staying here. No completions at all regarding noise or cleanliness. Only negative i can speak on is the fact that the room is motion activated so the TV, lights and AC will turn off if no movement is detected. But i do understand the need to conserve energy, so I'm not mad at it, just a little different and took some getting used to. The lighting in the room was nice and warm, not super bright and LED type lights like most places have (can't stand those). I also like that they trash cans were large, round type ones, not the small skinny ones that most hotels have. Very modern and stylish decor. The 12pm checkout is a major PLUS as well! Will 100% stay again if i ever am in the area! Thanks Holiday Inn!

Hadi three rooms, one of them was a handicap room which was not requested. The guest that went did not like the shower. They said they had to spray themselves and felt like they were in jail. We were disappointed with breakfast, it was 830, and they had to run out of scrambled eggs. There was expired milk in the fridge, which we had to bring to their attention. I was replaced, and they also had no syrup for The pancakes. I believe they had to go out to Walmart to buy some, but again, this was around 830. By the time they brought it. We were done eating.

The first room of my two rooms on a three night stay, was right next to the freeway; it was incredibly loud during the night. I asked to be moved to another room because of the noise, which HI accommodated. In the second room, the shower wouldn’t transition from the bath to the shower. I told the front desk about it, and while the woman at the front desk was very nice about it, the maintenance people told me I needed to use a “little more elbow grease” to turn on the shower. I suggested to them that they fix the shower rather than me using elbow grease they said OK we have to go to Home Depot and they apparently go to Home Depot and finally fix the shower. Next, the carpeting in the rooms was filthy. Finally, after the shower fiasco, I asked the front desk to have housekeeping come in and clean the room they never did. I would NOT stay here again. Thank you.

Breakfast from frozen prep. Eggs, sausages cold beacon was extremely crisp. One morning staff informed coffee percolator was broken then 20 coming down from room they were there. Why lie. Very dissatisfied customer service.
