Perfect, convenient location. Amazing views from balcony. Absolutely horrific mattresses. Barely any outlets. Had to strip all beds and take out all of the trash before 10 am checkout.

Room was not as posted on the website. Room was not updated and was in bad shape. We were moved to a room on bottom floor that was better but it was so noisy at night we didn’t get much sleep. Too many codes to use just to get out to the beach it was kind of over kill.

Kingfisher Inn fotos are mis-representation

My booked room was nothing close to the fotos of updated rooms. My one bedroom was straight out of 1980’s - furnishings were old, dingy and uncomfortable. Complete mis-representation from the photos on Hotels.com. Hotel is also directly beside the Garden City pier - so not a quiet stay if that is what you are looking for. Though my service with front/house keeping was excellent, I will not stay here again.

Staff was friendly. Location was great. Noticed a dirty wash cloth hanging on top of shower curtain. When we stripped sheets as asked to do before leaving, we noticed what had to have been a huge urine stain on the mattress cover. We reported it to the staff on check out so hopefully housekeeping will not slack next time.

They have updated the rooms. Loved the one i got this year on the 6th floor! I love that area of the beach and Kingfisher is my favorite! Isnt the first time staying there and wont be the last 💛

Overall satisfied with stay. The place definitely could use some upgrades due to everything being dated and parking is a nightmare due to spacing. Great view of beach and ocean and penthouse suite has a spectacular view off the huge balcony which overlooks the garden city pier and busy streets. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Stayed in studio unit. Very clean, kitchen well stocked, bathroom tastefully updated with granite and marble surfaces. Bed and linens were comfortable. Entire facility is very clean and well managed. Would stay again.
