Royal Garden Resort 111 - Oceanfront in Garden City Beach

The Royal Garden Resort HOA is currently in the process of repairing and waterproofing the exterior of the building on the ocean side. This process will begin on September 2, 2025 and continue throughout the remainder of the year. This process involves construction activities on the facades and balconies of the condominiums and may temporarily limit the use of the building's amenities and possible loss of access to the balcony. It also involves the use of loud machinery during working hours, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM. The work will begin on the 15 “stack” (units ending in the number 15) and will proceed to lower numbers as each stack is completed; however, we don't know how long each stack will take or when the work will be performed on any other stacks. Please contact us if you have any questions, and we'll do our best to answer them for you.

Royal Garden Resort 111 is a first floor ocean front condominium that offers convenience and personality! Enjoy all the sites and sounds of the ocean and pool deck area from your balcony. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, accommodating 4 with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. Full kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit and WIFI. Royal Garden amenities include indoor and outdoor pools and kiddie pools, arcade, tiki bar and more. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. LIMITED PARKING FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES.

Royal Garden Resort is located 0.7 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This 16-story oceanfront complex offers convenient amenities including three elevators, coin-operated laundry onsite, complimentary Wi-Fi, outdoor grills, and a parking garage. Relax in one of the lounging chairs on the expansive sundeck or go for a swim in one of the resort pools, which are open year-round. Royal Garden Resort features indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and even kiddie pools! An onsite beach bar and grill offers food and drinks. If you want to feel the sand beneath your toes, you are only steps away from the beach. Pack your bags and come on down and stay where there's something for the whole family to enjoy! Two parking permits are issued per unit. Garage clearance is 6ft, 8in. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, trailers, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted. LIMITED PARKING FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES.

Condo was older, but was maintained well. Very Clean and had everything in the kitchen to make a great meal. Great view. Managment staff was extremely helpful and had not issued contacting them for whatever questions I might have.
