Watching sunsets over the marsh, while swimming in your private pool, will create all the feelings and memories you expect on vacation. Located directly on the marsh front on a tidal creek, plus only 1 short block walk to the sandy shores of Garden City, this location is fantastic! Venture over to the Garden City Pier and visit the arcade, shops, and restaurants on Atlantic Avenue, which is a quick 5 minute walk south.

Cottage Time features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, complimentary WIFI, and a private pool. Lounge around the pool, soak up the sun, and relax and enjoy all that nature has to offer. Bird enthusiasts will see a variety of different species in the marsh. Pack your camera and capture spectacular sunsets or head to the beach and watch a sunrise over the Atlantic. What a great week!

WE loved staying at this property. We chose this home because of the pool and its proximity to the beach with small children. It was perfect. It was clean, had everything we needed, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. There were no ceiling fans in the rooms, so initially we were all panicking, however, it ended up being perfect. The patio chairs were a little dated but overall it was a wonderful stay. Also, there is access to a grill. It was not on the listing so we brought our own. If this is something future guest need.
