Welcome to Carolina Comfort in the Garden City Beach community! This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is designed for comfort and fun! This is a recently updated twin duplex house with a private pool, yard and plenty of parking. The home is located less than one block from the beach. The open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room create a spacious inviting atmosphere ideal for hosting family and friends. Enjoy meals together at the large dining table with 10 chairs or take advantage of the bar top counter seating for a more casual setting. The home has recently been updated and features a beach atmosphere with lots of amenities. For entertainment, enjoy the private heated pool (the pool is heated 3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F), a foosball table on the main level with a pub table beside it. The saltwater pool uses far less chemicals than a conventional chlorine pool. There are new smart TVs in every room. Your stay at Carolina Comfort includes an upgrade internet speed access. For your private poolside enjoyment, you will find lounge chairs, a table with an umbrella, pool accessories, and a grill! For families with little ones, a highchair and pack-n- play are included. Relax and take in the views from one of the three balconies. Each bedroom has new bedside lamps with USB access to easily charge your devices. Grab a beach chair when it is time to head to the sand.
