The master bedroom has its own walk-in bathroom with a large, newly modeled overhead shower; the second bathroom is next to the other bedroom in the hall, which is outfitted with a bathtub/shower. Ceiling fans are found throughout the home, and the property comes equipped with a side-by-side washer & dryer combo, as well as a screen-enclosed furnished back porch patio fully outfitted with fans - one of the most delightful features of this property is certainly the mornings and evenings on the porch overlooking the backyard stream. The living room comes with an additional pull-out queen-sized sleeper sofa, a loveseat, and a 56-inch flat-screen television placed atop an electric fireplace - perfect for a cozy night in or a gathering of friends. Dog friendly under 25 lbs.
The kitchen is arranged in an open layout with a large bar countertop island overlooking the living room, providing ample prep space for cooking and an easy environment to entertain your guests. The kitchen comes complete with everything needed to support your visit and is outfitted with a newly refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, and oven. Your daily needs are met with many household necessities, such as a 12-cup coffee pot, a toaster, and an assortment of plates, glassware, silverware, and pots and pans for any cooking or baking needs.
The dining room joins in with the south side of the living room next to the screened-in back patio
and comfortably seats four, with additional seating available at the kitchen island countertop.
A covered concrete driveway can park three vehicles with ease (2 undercover, one in
front)

The property does not come with linens but can be rented through our office. The home does not come equipped with a golf cart, but one can be rented from the Oceanside Village office.

In addition to this property, Oceanside Village has much to offer during your visit. Within the
village, you’ll find the Oasis and Hickory Grove indoor and outdoor pool, kids water splash park,
hot tubs, fitness center, playgrounds, as well as courts/fields for volleyball, baseball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, pickleball, tennis and basketball. Catch and release fishing is also
permitted in designated areas on the property, as well as surf fishing on the beach with a
saltwater fishing license, which can be purchased at . Guests are also welcome
to utilize the Community Center and Millie Durgan Library during their stay.
