From a quiet and romantic weekend to a family vacation, the River House is in the perfect spot as it sits right on the Little Missouri River. Like to kayak, float on a tube down a river, fish, swim, or cook? We have you covered! Our luxury kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain adult guests while kids have a blast exploring by the river. In addition, the master bedroom is the only bedroom downstairs making the River House a great place for mom and dad to spend some quality time together while the kids wind down upstairs in the gaming/ movie room at the end of the day (bring your own gaming console to plug in).
Is the river not your speed? The River House is only a short 5 minute drive from Swaha Marina where family and friends can take a dip in Lake Greeson. The Dam Grill restaurant is also located there if you are not in the mood to cook!

The River House is also 13 minutes away from the famous Crater of Diamonds State Park which is the only place in the world the general public can search for real diamonds and keep what they find. A 2.38 carrot diamond was found just last year!

Peaceful retreat
I really enjoyed this home on the river with a beautiful view. The home had everything we needed and more. The wildlife and nature right outside the back door was great. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay.

A little Piece od Heaven
This house was the perfect setting for a spring break adventure. The house was beautiful. Plenty to do and well outfitted for a quiet evening at home. The Hosts were great and answered questions as needed. We would definitely come back!

Christmas at the cabin
We had an awesome stay at the cabin on the riverfront for our family Christmas vacation. Our host was very helpful and prompt with any questions we had. The cabin was an excellent mix of modern and rustic interior design. The kitchen was well furnished and we made use of it quite well. The kids enjoyed the indoor games and tv rooms. The adults enjoyed the easy access to the river for fishing and hiking. So much to do and still able to kick back and relax in a beautiful cabin nestled in the scenic Arkansas woods. Hope to return soon!

Amazing river hide away
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful new river lodge. It had more than what we needed and was easy to get to. The river was beautiful and the town is super quaint and family oriented .

Perfect family vacation
This roomy home was so clean,we wondered if we were the first guests. The kitchen had everything we could need and the appliances were top notch. The host went above and beyond and responded quickly. This house is right on the river so we could walk out and play when the dam was closed. When the dam was open, we could take the three kayaks the host provided or the inner tubes we brought with us and jump in. From the house it is an hour and 45 minute float trip down to the bridge where you can get out. Or you can take a 2 minute drive up to the dam and get in there to add another 25 minutes to your trip down river. These variables in water level made it great for all ages. The little Missouri is the funnest river to tube in all of Arkansas . The house is private and surrounded by nature. We spent evenings around the fire pit with s'mores provided by host and spent early mornings sitting on the rockers on the porch overlooking the river. Host provided games for us to play around the table when it got too late to be outside. We also made use of the five burner grill and outdoor ping pong table. Comfortable beds, walk in showers, I could go on and on. The only negative is that the pictures don't do it justice. These guys are destined to be super hosts as they share a property they obviously love themselves.

We loved the location! Our host was fantastic to communicate with and we enjoyed the little gifts that were left. Our friends and family can't wait to come to come back. -- Only thing we regret is not taking a group photo outback.
