As always I try to write honestly about 'my experience' which I know can be very dependent on many things, nonetheless I write about my stay and what happened . The hotel is very very modern , simplistic and clean. Beds pretty comfy and rooms sufficient for a comfortable stay. The things that let this hotel down are the staff. None speak English, and none are really very friendly or approachable at all. I went to ask for a drink from the bar at 22:15 and the bar was closed and I was refused any drink... think they may be the first time I've ever been told I can't have a drink in a hotel and especially at 22:15. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere so be prepared to be bored here. NH, Nelva and Tryp Rincon de Pepe are much better hotels over all. I wouldn't visit this one again as it just feels soulless. Maybe in time it will pick up but staff need to work on their social skills first.
Comfortable rooms, standard, with lovely breakfast. Recommend booking directly through website as this grants you a free pass to the absolutely amazing gym facilities next door, with 50m pool, plenty of classes in very well equipped rooms. Also recommend visiting the spa, it's excellent value for money, with great facilities and a wonderful massage. All staff were friendly and helpful, and I built rapport over my long stay with them. Only frustration was having to move room halfway through because the Barcelona football team came to stay and they wanted the third floor rooms. Also, be warned that the hotel is not so close to the city centre, but the walk in is very easy, and a tram stop is close by.
Nice clean business hotel, abit outside of the city center. Rooms are always clean but the staff need some English training, very poor English. The food unless you have no where else to go is edible but don't recommend it here.
Good food, you can have something to eat all day They have a lovely outside Their menu is delicious only for 10 euro's Wine is good and only 12 euro a bottle Superfriendly staff We will stay in this hotel next time we are here
Only ate there large restaurant one man serving. Food great service excellent.surroundings clean tidy new looking. Worth a look.really outstanding value for money would go there again tomorrow. best around.
I prefer modern clean and comfortable hotels and this one ticks all of the boxes, its what expect from a 4 star hotel many of which fall well below that rating, the bar and food areas very good and although the breakfast buffet is basic everything else is goo
Quite a comfortable hotel for my brief stay. Room reasonable size with comfortable bed and very clean. Small selection of complimentary toiletries. Unfortunately in the first room I was given the phone didn't work nor the mini fridge but I was quickly moved to another room. Here the phone worked but not the fridge and everything in it was warm. The only English channel I could find on the TV was BBC news, not unusual in Spain. Nice little cafe/restaurant next to the lobby with quite a good selection of food on offer and with long opening hours, which is just as well because there are no eateries in the immediate vicinity. There is a tram stop outside of the hotel and I believe it is about a 5 minute journey into the town.
The hotel itself is very clean and modern and for that I cannot fault it. However, we stayed over a weekend and the restaurant was closed for a private party! They told us that we could eat and get coffee upstairs in the business suite, but that was also being used for job interviews and people were studying for exam questions too! There was also no waiter to take orders so we had to go down to the restaurant that had the private party on and ask the staff there. Also, the pool facilities close at 2pm at weekends, which isn't very good for a 4* hotel! The hotel was nice but the services and staff need drastically improving considering the amount we paid for a room.
I and my daughter stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (31.03-02.04). It's a very modern hotel which (I was told) is the newest in Murcia. It has large and comfortable rooms with everything nessesary. The location is not bad, but it's about 20 minutes walking to the city centre. No problem for people who likes walking in a good weather (like me). :) You still can use a tram which you find just in front of the hotel. If you drive, you can easily find a free parking on the street just a couple metres away. It's very comfortable. However, breakfasts could be better for such a good hotel. They offer 2 kinds og jogurts, toasts from several kinds of bread, fresh juices, tea, coffee, cacao, 3-4 cakes' variations, hamon, 2 kinds of cheese and pineapples, oranges and melons' pieces. I didn't see anything else. They still were fine, but a little poor compared to breakfasts at hotels of the same level I've visited. Overall, the stay was pleasant and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.
For the second time we stayed in this beautiful modern design hotel. Nice spacy clean rooms, good beds and even a choice of pillows. We had a fabulous rate for one night and parking is free on THE street in front of the hotel. January can have some hot days but hotels heating could not be switched off and we had no airconditioning and a very warm night. The reception could not help and technical support was not avaible till next morning. THE tram in front of the hotel will bring you either to the beautiful historic centre of Murcia or if you stay on the tram to a new, verry large shoppingmall.
