This is a lovely 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Townhouse. Set in the heart of the Sierra Golf resort of the outskirts of Murcia. The property offers versatile living, with the main lounge area on the entrance level, along with the dining area and kitchen, you will also find a shower room. The Family room & bedroom is located in the lower ground floor, which is the perfect place to keep cool in those hot summer evenings. On the first floor you will find 2 more Double bedrooms, the master has a quaint balcony over looking the landscape beyond, and the main family bathroom. On the top floor you have the lovely roof solarium, here you can enjoy catching some rays or you can enjoy the vast views. There is a lovely sized terrace / patio to the front of the property, where you can enjoy the sun with friends and family and a BBQ if feel up to it. There is plenty of parking available right outside the property. There is Air Conditioning in the property, we also have superfast Wi-Fi and 2 x 4K TVs with Cable and streaming services. The property will be professionally cleaned before each stay, and all the linen will be freshly laundered.
The BBQ is free to use, all we ask is that you keep it clean and tidy after use.
