If Wyndham group wants to downgrade its value this is the right hotel to associate with. No coffee maker, stingy on linen, (3 occupants and towels for 2), cramped rooms, creaking beds and cubicle for bathrooms, no vault, refrigerator one shouldn’t consider even having a glance at it. Tucked away in remote corner, with not even a cafeteria nearby or for that matter any store, restaurant or convenience store in vicinity, Wyndham might be signalling it is unable to manage now as per its goodwill. Don’t think I will ever consider Wyndham group hotels if this is what they offer. Stayed at holiday inn express in KL, frugal hotel but quite good in all other respect. Have to still spend one more night here. Hope it is bearable. Bye WYNDHAM. Something I don’t understand , if u park in its compound it’s free and if u park in basement then pay 8€.
Very outdated hotel. Rooms are nog cleaned properly and broken items are not fixed (shower doors were missing and fixed with a dirty shower curtain for instance). Personnel is not experienced at all, but quite friendly. Will not stay again.
On the second evening of my stay, another guest unlocked the door of my room and wanted to get in, with the same key and room number I checked in before 2days! The stuuf did not know about what happened when I was asking on the reception, how is this possible. The floor and table in the room was sticky, maybe some wrong chemistry from the cleaner...
Attended a series of business meetings here and was disappointed particularly with the room accommodation. An example was the bedside table that should have been fixed to the bed-head had been broken off some time ago and now lies on the floor. A sad example of a hotel that is way way overdue for a refurb.
Just did a sales trip by car through Germany, slept the 5 nights in 5 different hotels and the only bad experience my colleagues and me had at the TRYP by Wyndham, where we had to stay, to to the ISPO trade fair, which took place last week in Munich. Cut the long story short: Reception is friendly and tries to satisfy everybody, but when we arrived in the evening and left the next morning...they just couldn't cope..anyway, without them, this hotel would have got the worst ranking from me BUT..my room was in the right wing and the Elevator needs 3-4 lifts/travels to the 2nd floor, that the door opens...I staid cool, but other people might get a small shock...same happened in the morning going down..elevators door on the 2nd door didn't open, cleaning lady was so friendly to go downstairs (I had luggage) and bring elevator upstairs to push door open so that I can go down) * That's just one point, the worst was, that in the hallway to the rooms, light didn't work, room stunk, so that all of us had to sleep with open windows (We think, that they just replaced carpet or something else...from the bathroom it smelled, like when you forget your clothes in the washmachine)...It was a bad experieNce and "sorry" , will never come back
I had a seminar trip and thought it's a business based hotel. Seminar area was okay, staff was nice and friendly. But the room was really bad, Very very small there was even no place to work on laptop, the bed, table was shabby but not as a style it's just old and need to be replaced. After all to stay a night okay but not longer and specialy if you have to work after seminar.
Ok, so it’s never going to be a luxury hotel, but it does the job it’s supposed to. A great place to stopover if you want to catch an early morning flight. The rooms are clean and it’s on the outskirts of neufahrn so the place is quiet. Will be back.
Had I not been weather-canceled and at risk of sleeping on the airport floor, you can bet a closet-sized room with a twin bed and a rickety wardrobe would not have been my ideal way of spending 84 euro. That said, the room was quiet, the sleep was good, and the staff were nice. The breakfast was also pretty good. Location-wise, I have no idea what anyone would do there, save for spend the night when all other closer hotels are are booked...
Stayed for a meeting. The staff was rather nice. Unfortunately you have to go through the hotel restaurant where breakfast, lunch and eventually dinner is served, with your suite case. The meeting rooms are in the cellar- sousterain- with windows and daylight. It was cold, and the technical equipment is OK, but not mounted on the ceiling, so the speaker had to only move on one side not to “run trough the picture”. Breakfast was just OK, not really worth mentioning, lunch and dinner the same. The rooms are really dark, good size though. The mattress was too soft and you had the feeling of sliding out of your bed all night. As a lot of people wrote, do not book if you do not have to go. Once more - staff was nice and friendly, but the hotel although refreshed has seen better days.
I choose this hotel. Concerning the welcome, check in/out, bar, it is a very good hotel. Concerning the room, it is a really bad hotel . Cold chamber with 2°C outside.... Very old decoration, and not fit with the photos on the description. The bed is very soft, the bed cover completely soft. Wifi connection is a little bit slow. The quality of commodities is really really bad. I am not advised this room. Rooms looks very old for the price you pay .
