Hidden Gem in Plain Sight!

Upon arriving at Candra Cottage, we were greeted with a warm smile & welcome from Prescilla & her small family and it automatically felt like family, literally! The room was simple and clean, the bed - big & comfy, the views were unsurpassed and the breakfast - think 5 star Indonesian fare with all the trimmings. No detail was spared, recommendations were readily available and overall - the entire experience has definitely created a return client in me. Thank you for everything ❤️😊

An authentic and unforgettable Bali experience

I can’t recommend Candra Cottage enough. I wanted to experience authentic Bali and definitely got the chance to here. The host, Gede, made my stay extra special. He picked me up from the airport and drove me around to all of the sites I wanted to see. As a solo female traveler, I couldn’t have felt more comfortable spending the day with someone. He was kind, generous, and protective. He told me about an orphanage he volunteers for because I’m a teacher and then took me there the following day when I requested to spend some time with the kids. The view from the balcony of the hotel was the best I’d seen in Bali, and the breakfast and dinner were great as well. I only wish I could have spent more time there. Thank you Gede!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Candra Cottage. La vue sur les rizières est magnifique ! Gede notre hôte propose de nombreuses activités très appréciables et est prêt à rendre service dès que possible avec de petites attentions. Pour la tranquillité cet établissement est parfait mais est un peu excentré, il faut un moyen de locomotion pour être tranquille.

De ligging was schittetend wat een mooi uitzicht. Jammer dat er geen airconditioning of waaier was, het was erg benauwd. Veel ongedierte in de kamer en badkamer. Geen faciliteiten in de badkamer, zosls stroom, spiegel, niets om je spullen kwijt te kunnen.
