Perfect spot for older discerning travelers

Perfect spot in Bali for those that prefer nature, peace, and comfort. Service is superb and rooms are spacious. Included breakfast was wonderful as was the Cappuccino.

This place was great they have a lot of options to do while at the resort. All and I empathize all the staff were great. They also have a sustainability effort for preserving the beauty of north bali and giving back to the local community which is a great cause to support this hotel by itself 10 out of 10

The property is remote and quiet, a fantastic spot to enjoy nature in peaceful tranquillity. The service is top notch and the activities offered cover everyone’s interests. Close to munduk waterfalls and transport is offered daily for them. We loved our stay and would very definitely book again.

Overall, our favourite hotel in Bali despite the weather (unfortunately it was rainy season). The resort is amazing. The staff are very helpful. We stayed quite far from the front so the golf carts were available to help take us around. When you first walk into the room you're greeted by an amazing bathroom and coffee bar. I am just disappointed I was not able to try more of the coffee. Great coffee drinks provided at breakfast and afternoon tea. The onsite food was also good. We did not run out of things to do. The free plantation tour was nice along with our paid mountain bike tour to the waterfall. The activities program is extensive. We only stayed 2 nights this time but in the future we will try to stay for 3!

Honeymoon - brilliant stay

The resort was beautiful - an private onsen straight out of our bedroom with a view for miles down to the ocean. Plants everywhere, felt remote and peaceful. Staff were polite, interested, and thoughtful. Amazing, restorative stay.

Delightful location high up in the mountain in a coffee plantation. They treated us like queens. Nothing was too much trouble. 2 friends had knee issues and they would promptly come pick them up on a golf cart. We sat in the hot tub above the infinity pool looking across the stunning panoramic view and pressed a button and were promptly served. They served the best seat in the house for us at the restaurant with a reserved sign at each meal. The massages were outstanding, and our rooms were fabulous. Felt like royalty. The staff are so friendly, remembered us by name and so accommodating. Would definitely go back if I was ever in Bali again. An outstanding experience.

Very unique property that made us feel very serene. We ended up staying here for just one night due to regional “quiet day” but we really wanted to stay longer as we had such a great overall experience. We will definitely come back when we visit Bali again.

Exceptional staff!

The highlight of our trip were the people who worked at Munduk! The beautiful pool, coffee plantation tour, large rooms and nighttime music + bonfires were the cherry on top! The staff is exception from the grounds crew to the cleaning staff to the restaurant waiters. Do yourself a favor and chat with the amazing and friendly staff to get the full Bali experience! Thank you / Suksma Tuta, Supriawan, Kariasa, Su su (sumadi), Dipa, Chef Sri, Leo, Murda, Aditya, Anggun (Jo Jo), Irvan, Ariawan, Wira, the entire front desk team and anyone else at Munduk we might have missed!
