Location 100 Views 100 Reception 100 Openness 100 But Quality of furniture..poor Upkeep.. poor Service standards.. poor Can you believe a hotel giving wifi user name as SiLver100 and passwords as example S0ilVe@923s. What age are you in?? Some thing is seriously wrong. Maybe they should get in a new team and leadership You fix up wake up calls and remind them thrice and even then they forget! Their revert.. Sir.. maybe your room phone was not working. But this was a personal call not automated phone dialer.. so why did you not come up? And you get a stare back The cutlery is bad. Food spread sad. The chef is however very good, pays attention.. does what he can on room service order Overall.. did not enjoy my stay. Only saviour was the beach, views and beach side restaurant Not value for money at all. Sorry
Presently at Golden Tulip Oysterbay Tanzania with colleagues of mine. Reception was nice, ambience good and mmm, great view. Over looking the Atlantic Ocean with great view. Rooms are nice (overlooking the Atlantic), meals equally good and a good night life. Thought it was initially expensive for its fare but had a change of mind. Nice and exquisite place to be.
I live near here and used to love this place for swimming but after today I'm not sure if I can go back. The pool was extremely dirty. We ordered a pizza, the wind blew away half before it reached our table and we had to pay full price. International-quality service? Hardly
The hotell is really old and in need of renovation. Our room had a broken mirror and TV. When we called the reception due to the broken TV, they said they would send someone, but nobody came. The service was really bad. They did not reply our email in advance, or helped us out during our stay. They also tried to trick us by applying different kind of taxes, after we had paid for the room online (including taxes and feed). The food was cold, we eat cold fries and beans, and was very over priced. The pool was under construction when we were there, so there was no place to relax. Could sadly not recommend this place
My husband and I with our toddler visited this place in the evening . Amazing view to chill and relax and good food near the cliff. They also have a pool near there . The food was amazing and the staff were were really accommodating and service was great. Will surely go back again.
It’s my first time to Tanzania ,stayed in Golden tulip hotel was a memorable experience.... The rooms are spacious cleaned always and the view was executed well ...Food and service was too good.. Thanks to all...
This is the place to come to when you want to escape Dar city life. The view was out of this world extraordinary, the service was faultless and the GM was very hospitable and always wanted to know whether anything could have been done better. The infinity pool and swimming pool was very well maintained and there was always a lifeguard on standby. This was overlooking the beautiful ocean and was very relaxing. The Jiko pizza and mixed grill was very delicious and definitely worth trying. I was impressed with the way the hotel accommodated us to watch the champions league final, and it was a great experience watching it outdoors with sound of the waves of the beautiful Indian ocean behind. The staff were attentive and always there when you wanted anything. I will definitely visit this hotel again.
My husband, 5month old baby and I visited Golden Tulip Hotel in May for the day. We paid a small fee to use the amazing infinity pool and day bed. All staff were very helpful and the GM of the hotel came to ask us if we were well looked after and happy with the service. We ordered pizzas and cocktails which were delicious 😋 We will definitely be visiting again!
