There was a smell of sewage in our room when the AC was on. It was very unpleasant and made it hard to sleep. We turned off the AC and the room was tolerable. We felt safe at this hotel. Other than the unpleasant smell, the hotel was a great value close to the airport to catch a 4 A.M flight.
5-Star Staff! Every member was extremely attentive and kind! One of the best Hotel Staffs I've ever encountered. The Executive room I booked must have been sitting vacant for a while because by the time I moved in it was a little dusty and you could tell it was cleaned, but likely not so recently. The room also was missing the coffee/tea/ water boiler that other rooms had. The gym was great! The restaurant was great! (breakfast was just ok. Lunch/Dinner I loved). The steam room was closed during my stay.
