Perfect house for a family gathering. Nice big kitchen with new appliances and well equipped for cooking. The beds slept great and rooms had large closets. Plenty of areas for seating with comfortable furniture. Pool table is a nice addition for some evening fun. Home is located in a walkable neighborhood that was quiet and well kept up. This home is a home away from home. The fresh cookies when we arrived, very nice touch! Beautiful home, cozy and accommodations provided everything you need while staying away from home. Our host was responsive, insured we had everything we needed at check in and check out. The guestbook was a nice touch outlining what the home offered as well as what was in town from restaurants to antiquing. My parents traveled with me and the home was accessible for their walkers and the master bathroom shower was a walk in shower. Perfect for them! We enjoyed the bonus room, nice area to play cards. We will definitely stay here on our next trip.

The house was perfect size and location for my family as we were in town for a memorial service. Was nice to gather here rather than being in a hotel. Great communication with owner who was there in less than 5 minutes when we had a small issue. Would stay here again.

Nice place spacious and clean.

The house was very nice having a pool table with a big plus for later in the evenings when we were done riding. The owner was very polite. My father fell in the restroom and damaged a towel rack, when I called the owners, she was more worried about how my dad was then about the damage she allowed me to fix it without any further comments. She seems like a nice person.

The perfect stay

We really enjoyed our two week stay here at the baxter house. Carolyn was a wonderful host and was very accommodating. The house was clean, very organized, and had just about everything we could or would need. It was big enough for some of our family members to come spend a night with us. The kitchen was very workable and had just about everything I needed. The beds were so comfortable!! Matter of fact, I would love to know what brand it was etc... we've been dreaming about that bed since we left!! Lol!! I am so thankful we decided to stay at this house. The neighbors were so sweet and we loved watching them put up all of their Christmas inflatables and lights. It was magical!! We loved our stay. We already cannot wait to come stay again!! This was a wonderful place for our multigenerational family trip.
