Stayed at this Holiday Inn for three nights. It's an old HI, but had some good nights of sleep. One manager - Daniel - had been very helpful sending my partner and I to some good dinner places. For that, my stay was worth it!

My mom and I stayed just one night during a visit with family. The hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only problem was that with 2 women trying to get ready in the morning, there is only one mirror outside the bathroom with the power outlet too far from the mirror to use your blow dryer. Also, when we went down for breakfast, it was not being restocked as it should have been with well over half an hour left before breakfast ended. The eggs were almost gone so we divided them amongst ourselves and there was only one biscuit. I did ask for more biscuits which were brought out.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. The hotel was clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was good. Close to the ball park and restaurants. They offered to let the kids use the indoor pool at the hotel next door.

We stayed at this hotel last weekend for a dance competition. The location was great, free breakfast was pretty decent, and the rooms clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was our dog. We travel with him so always pick our hotels based on pet friendliness. We have never had so many calls from the hotel and so many complaints the entire time we were out of our room. It was VERY stressful to be busy at the dance competition and have so many calls. I am by no means saying we weren't at fault for his barking, but I can say it has never happened before. My in laws stayed a few rooms down from us and told us a man was slamming his bedroom door and screaming shut up down the hall at our dog. If that doesn't provoke him to be worse, I don't know what will. One employee on the phone told my husband " this isn't a kennel." So I guess if you bring your pet either be sure it wont make a peep, or don't plan on leaving your room. I do want to apologize for all of the guests we disturbed and to the hotel staff for all of the complaints you had to deal with. We wont be back, and I am sure they wont mind!

Property is very clean. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and the breakfast has a good variety of choices. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the area. I know I’ll be back.

I've stayed at other hotels in Mountain Home, but this one is a cut above. The maid service is very thorough. They do a great job. The rooms and linens are clean. The pillows smell fresh. Everyone is really polite. Front desk always asks what he can do for me. Good folks! I've stayed here for many years. I want them to eventually replace the mattresses and carpets. They've served out their time well and should be retired now. This will insure that a great hotel remains a cut above. Love this place.

Bad choice! We checked into our room and the carpet was disgusting! It was so dirty there was no way I could take my shoes off, walk on that carpet and get into bed. The staff was wonderful and moved us to anther room. It was better but still dirty, the hotel needs to be updated so it looks fresher and cleaner. The shower dropped all night which was a little annoying. The AC worked great. We decided to stay here after reading the reviews so I was really surprised and disappointed. I don’t mind an older hotel, but it has to be clean. We won’t be staying here again.

What a delight when we opened the door to our room. Spacious, extremely clean and nicely appointed. This was hotel #13 or 14 on a very long road trip (so far approx. 4,300 miles) and some of the rooms were half the size! The bed was super comfortable, the linens nice and soft with plenty of fluffy pillows. The bathroom was shiny clean along with soft, bright white towels. The Keurig coffeemaker, somewhat nicer disposable coffee cups, a mini fridge with freezer and breakfast with many cold and hot choices - what else could a traveler want? Oh, yes, very friendly and professional staff, especially Duane who greeted us when we arrived. Also, pleased to find extremely clean public areas. The stay was so nice we almost doubled back from the Berryville area but needed to head on towards Little Rock. Maybe next trip.

After staying here several times, I can definitely say that this is a great place to be. Daniel is an excellent person, and Duane also gave us great customer service! Breakfast is good, and the business center is also very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel, as you won’t find better people to stay with in Mountain Home. This hotel is also pet friendly, and we really appreciated being able to bring our furry family members with us. :)

We arrived, exhausted from a very long day of driving thru the Ozarks. When we arrived front desk asked what bed configuration would best meet our needs and we confirmed our ADA accessible room reservation. When we got to the room it was set for hearing impaired guests, not mobility impaired. The front desk IMMEDIATELY corrected the concerns, even showing my husband various options and contacting other guests who had not yet arrived to make certain what their needs were so we could all be happy! We were also given excellent recommendations for dinner (Coltons Steakhouse is great) and even though we have stayed in at least 8 HIE's over this past month of travels, this gentleman was THE FIRST to make sure we had our membership number for WIFI access! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The hotel is standard HIE, but I would definitely recommend the property!
