Nice stay
I have stayed in better. The floors were stained and dirty and the room which was nonsmoking had a faint smell of cigarette smoke.
This hotel did not meet our expectations for a Holiday Inn Express. We usually choose this brand because of the consistency in cleanliness and quality. The carpets and upholstery were covered in stains. The furniture was mismatched and banged up looking. The hallways and stairwells were so hot and stuffy, it was very odd, proper ventilation is a must in these times I wore a mask any time I left my room. Just was not confident in the cleanliness of this place. Very disappointed and honestly had I not just been stopping overnight I would’ve left and made other arrangements.
Like everything except there was no ice machine on our floor. It was taken out completely. The only ice machine that they had for the rooms was on the 3rd floor. Not a big deal for me. The best selection i have ever seen in the breakfast area. Needed in the rooms is usb ports for cell phone charging. Good pricing for what we stayed in compared to other places, but could have been a little less expensive.

Drainage from nearby during a recent rain storm caused flooding to the parking lot and lower floor. The kitchen was flooded causing the guest to have to stand in hallway to eat breakfast. My wife who has difficulty standing elected to sit at a table to eat. A staff member asked her to stand with the others, but after my wife explained to the staff member her problem, she was allowed to remain where she was to finish eating. Thankfully the staff member did not insist on compliance.
Friendly staff decent rooms and nice breakfast area. Best hotel in Mountain Home.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. room was clean and very spacious, will stay there again.
This was a great location on our way to Memphis. Easy directions and nice location off the main road away from the highway traffic. Very quiet rooms. We had 2 small dogs and there was plenty of close space to walk them.
Good parking, secure area, breakfast same as all of them,, well located, no real issues, $124/ night seemed high but they all are
My wife and I stayed here and everyone was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was very quiet. The mountain air was refreshing and the nearby food was great!
It was a two day stay, but it was comfortable and pleasant. This was our second stay and would stay there again. The breakfast and coffee were great! We traveled with our two children this time and would prefer the indoor pool like the hotel next door.
