Lovely 4 bedroom 3 bath farmhouse with pool, located in Cooperstown, NY
A beautifully renovated 100 year old farmhouse with all the conveniences including a fantastic pool! Located on a quiet road only 12 minutes from Dreams Park and 10 miles from All Star Village. A large shaded deck extends around two sides of the house featuring a gas grill and summer furniture, there is an additional small deck off of the master bedroom. Plenty of places to enjoy the serene country setting and view of lovely Otsego County NY.
Anita's Acres has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining room, living room and full bath on the first floor. Upstairs are four bedrooms: one king with TV, one queen with TV, one full and one has a pyramid bunk bed with a trundle bed underneath(ideal for 4 kids), and then two full baths. All rooms come with complete linens, WiFi, and window air conditioners, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
