The balcony view was very nice but the room was not close to what was pictured on the web site. Expedia claimed chec-in was at #:00 but the room assigned to ys was not ready until 4:00 so we didn't have much of a chance to enjoy the view.

Disappointed

The hotel is convenient to the ferry. That’s the positive. This hotel needs some updates. My review is specifically for room 45. It’s quite noisy - the pipes, the adjoining rooms, the heater recycles all night. The mattress is super uncomfortable. The curtains let in the outside hallway light and it’s impossible to get it dark in the room. I essentially didn’t sleep due to these factors.
