Got checked in by a very unfriendly desk person “Paul” who when asked what he was asking us to sign, his rude response was “ here read it”, also Paul never told us that we can leave the key inside the room in the morning and that no one will be in the office until 7:30am, so we ended up waiting outside until that time for someone to show up to check us out. Also; the room wasn’t clean and insects were noticed on the wall..

Hi I asked all customers to sign our guest Registration form as this is common through out all the world... it is up to you whether you wish to read it as it just has common policies listed like check out time, extra child policy, cooking policy etc.... you were the first person in 3 yrs who wanted to know what you were signing so it is easy for you to read it... Next, office hours are from 7.30am till 9 pm. This is written in your information folder which is on all beds,,, this is filled with all good sorts of stuff so if you read this you would of not wasted your time, but usually I am in the office from 7am but I never saw you waiting... If you said on check in that you were leaving early, I would of asked you to leave the key in your room... Clean rooms. All rooms are cleaned each day, BUT insects do come in from time to time which is out of my control, please remember that we are inside a National Park among nature....
