A very pleasant and convenient place for a one night stay. Next to the station but very quiet Staff very friendly and breakfast (extra) was very good

Horrible a évité.

Quand vous rentrez d une ballade a 21h et que vous voyez que votre chambre n'a pas était faite vous pouvez imaginer notre surprise. Lit pas fait, salle de bain et sanitaire pas fait, le sol pas fait, et pas de serviette propres et clim coupé. Je descend a la réception et on me demande si c est pas moi qui est demandé que la chambre ne soit pas faite. C est sur 125€ la chambre et c est nous qui allons faire le ménage. J ai récupéré les serviettes et le matin meme remarque sur un air narquois. Et j en passe sinon je vais faire un roman. Toujours et t il aucun geste commercial et un personnel incompétent. Le soir j ai demandé 2 décaféiné et il a fallut que j esplique au réceptionniste comment faire un café. C est lamentable etre incompétent a ca point. Hotel a évité. Enfin je pense que c est les hôtels du groupe accor qu il faut éviter vu les commentaires sur le net.
