We needed someplace for the family to stay during overrunning renovations to our home due to a fire. Pet friendly was the key, and most appreciated. Amber Sunset was great, good location, adequately equipped, big enough for the family, awesome view! We greatly appreciated getting the stay extended due to continuing delays,(even moved someone booked behind us). that eliminated another interim move that can be a challenge.

Excellent property and good communication with owner. The check in process was easy and found the place clean and as described. Great view and perfect location for the activities we had planned. Easy access to the hood river and gorge area and also the Mount hood and Hood River Valley (Fruit Loop) locations. Plus you can hike to a really nice waterfall right from the neighborhood! The house was great. Master bathroom could use some sanding for re-tightening the hinges as the door has sagged and does not shut tight. The main bathroom has 2 shower curtains in it and runs the risk of a lot of water on the floor. Should have and inside curtain to prevent that.Was awesome place to stay!!!
