This home is reverse living with the main living area on the top floor, where you can enjoy the VIEWS all day and night. Three flights of stairs elevate you to a wonderful view of the Columbia River. Too many stairs, no problem, there is an ELEVATOR to get to the top!
There are 2 bedrooms each with a king bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twins, and 1 bedroom with 2 twins and a bunk bed, great room for kids. The bedrooms are also individually temperature controlled.
There are also 2 sets of washer and dryer in the home (1 in the master bedroom).
The main (top) level is open and comfortable, with lots of natural light and big views of the river, with the kitchen and main living space. There are also 2 outdoor spaces on the top floor, one facing the Columbia River with comfortable seating and a fire pit and the other is in the back of the house with a grill and table to enjoy outdoor meals.
The garage and driveway will hold 3 cars plus your gear. And there's also nearby off-street free parking as well. The Hood River Stairs are just a few steps away, so your stroll to the downtown shops and restaurants will be quick and easy.
