We traveled there on Labor Day weekend where similar motels were listed for $300 plus per night. We paid less than one third of that. The motel was clean, had good service and a good breakfast. The bed was excellent quality.
Staff was very pleasant especially as appeared short-staffed. Room was ok - not great.
Clean room. Good front desk service. Spartan breakfast.
Clean and very nice staff. For what I needed, suited my needs
Nice place and great for pets. Stay on the first floor unless you love stairs. Very adequate breakfadt.
Their free breakfast leaves a LOT to be desired! Carbs, carbs, carbs. And the lady during breakfast hours acts like she's there because she "has to be"...not because she enjoys her job. Be aware that there are few motel options in Ritzville.
Uncomfortable bed, old room, low water pressure, barely hot water - just out of date - booked through Orbitz and that seemed to add confusion to desk clerk checking me in - took longer
Very professional and friendly staff, good continental breakfast
The outside locks on the door did not work, the fence around the pool had holes in it. The place needs upgraded.
We stopped on our way home as we where to tired to keep driving. They where friendly and it was quiet though we where in view of I90.
We are retired and stayed for low rate and proximity to Spokane. Close to two restaurants so easy for the weary traveler. Rooms are quiet and clean but dated. Could use new bedspreads to give is a fresher look. Otherwise a good value all around,
I have stayed here for years and seen new owners and managers. It is so convenient. The rooms are clean and adequate. Price is very fair
Don't ask for anything or for any help because they do not want to help you and then think you are being a pain and yell at you and want you to leave. My husband was having heart burn and asked if they had any milk, they gave him some, then he asked about the computer signal because he was unable to get online, they could not help, he then called and asked for a 6:30 wake up call, ok good night. We get a wake up call at 5:30, we were not happy and told them of the mistake they denied it. At breakfast they were busy and only one guy so my husband took the milk container over to the counter for the guy and told him the oj was almost empty also, to which the guy started to yell and him and told him to leave. Seems he was a bit stressed with to much to do. Then he told me that my husband came to the desk to many times and was to much of a problem hummm. Three times for help and trying to help out at breakfast, seems he needs a new job since customer service is not working for him.
We stopped here while traveling through Washington. Facilities were decent, rooms were clean. My kids enjoyed the breakfast. All in all, nothing to write home about but it served all our needs.
It is all good. I have paid a lot more for a lot less.
This hotel was right next to the Interstate, so a bit noisy with a window open. However, for the price, it was a great value. Nothing special, but at least clean and comfortable, and a free breakfast. Pet friendly.
This was a very restful pleasant stay after a long tiring day. I would have rated everything a 5 except: The floor lamp was missing a light bulb; when I dropped something on the floor and went searching for it, it was dusty and dirty under the nightstand and close to the bed; the tissue box was skimpy; $65 total cost was a little high for us. The king size bed was very comfortable, very quiet room and neighborhood, amenities included a microwave, refrig, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. TV and wireless internet were excellent. Desk clerk was very pleasant, welcoming, and accommodating. Breakfast was more than adequate. I had biscuit and sausage gravy, coffee, donut, juice. There were many other choices.
As soon as we walked up to the desk, the clerk said, "Hi! Would you and your mother like the handicap room you had last time you came? It's very close to the breakfast area, so she won't have to walk far." We felt so welcome upon arrival; they even remembered our names! When we got take-out from a local restaurant and weren't given silverware, the motel staff fixed us right up. Breakfast was nice, with lots of options. We really felt like queens with our comfy queen beds and their attentive service. Ritzville is a handy spot to stop for gas, food and lodging right off the highway and we do like the Cedars Inn. This is now our regular stopping place on longer trips between Oregon and Montana.
Very convenient location clean and average for the price. There are some noisy trains in the area that would affect any motel. I would use this motel again. Gina from Montana
