Nice close to the freeway location. Clean newer hotel close to dining options. I enjoyed a room on the 3rd floor last month while traveling through the area. The dining area was very clean too. I'll be back!
This hotel is near a freeway, with lots of places to eat nearby and a was well kept area. Even so, the hotel was very quiet. The beds were really, really comfortable. My daughter wanted to take the beds with us! Breakfast was good and well maintained.
The property was clean and well kept. It looked like new! Check in was easy and friendly. The room was quiet and nicely appointed. The breakfast provided had a nice selection of food and plenty of tables. I would definitely stay again and recommend this property
Fairfield was very clean and the staff members were friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and the room was well prepared. The had a self_serve breakfast with all the usual fare. We would definitely stop again.
We were ready for a nice quick “down time” stay and this was the perfect place. The entire staff was awesome, the whole place was clean, the exercise room was a step above normal and the bed/pillows were super comfy! I would not hesitate to stay here again.
Stayed at the Fairfield Inn as a stop on way to Seattle. We arrived after 10 pm, and we welcomed immediately, and with enthusiasm, by Victor. We had two rooms reserved and he made sure we were happy with the location of both rooms. The rooms were very well appointed and comfortable (especially the beds!). The morning breakfast was very good. Check out was a breeze. Wish we could have stayed longer!
We stayed here for 2 nights, for the purpose of a weekend swim meet at the nearby aquatic center. There are 3 or 4 other hotels in a square-mile, all new and all that offer rewards programs, so pick one of those instead. And here's why in a nutshell. Non-working amenities and a staff that just doesn't seem to care. I was offered a mobile key, to use on the iPhone, NEVER worked. Don't even try. Just get the regular room key. We checked in Friday at 3pm. We had get to the pool by 6. I had brought coolers and ice packs, as I would imagine most guests would because people travel to Moses Lake for outdoor fun. The mini-fridges in the room do NOT have freezer compartments. So, that eliminated my ability to use my ice-packs. This made the ice machine very important. Friday at 3pm the one on the second floor was not working. The front desk girl stated it was probably just empty. Ok. Fine. Well Saturday morning at 6am it was also not working. The machine was dry, no water spots, no indication that it was "empty" versus actually broken. I hiked up the stairs both days to get ice from the 3rd floor machine. Saturday night after returning to the hotel I reported (again) that it was not working. A different girl said she would let someone know. Sunday morning, still dry and not working. When we went to check out I planned on telling the front desk about all the non-working items in the hotel, but the clerk Amanda simply offered me a printed vs emailed receipt and told me to have a nice day. She didn't ask about my stay. She didn't say "Anything we could have done better?" Heck she didn't even Thank me for me stay. So I left. But then I got to my car and decided I wanted to go back in. The sign on the wall said "Nadine" was the manager on duty but instead I was directed to Brandon. I voiced my concerns, along with the problem of the housekeeping cart I had to physically move to get down the second floor hallway to the elevator, and he listened but didn't take notes. Nothing. Just a "Sorry about that." So at that point I walked out and will never return to this property.
Always a positive experience. Clean. Safe. Easy access to parking and restaurants. Good working space in the room or the lobby. We’ve never had issues with our room not being clean. Good value and location. While visiting Moses Lake, we’re not looking for a destination hotel, just a good place to get some rest. Clean, comfortable, and safe. No issues with internet. Snacks available for purchase. Fast Good and Starbucks + a super good Mexican spot (not a full service restaurant).
Always nice to have a return stay acknowledged. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is clean, plenty of parking. The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was average for a "free" breakfast. This is a very convenient location off of I-90, easy off and on. Service station located nearby.
I had been booked here on business. Just drove from another Fairfield Inn and Suites in Spokane Valley and was looking forward to a similar experience. Well, not so much. Pros - Centrally located in "Motel Mecca-Moses Lake" - a grouping of Hotels, restaurants and such, easy I-90 access, great stuff within walking distance. The room was nice, bed nice, all nice. Cons- There was nothing too special about this place. Considering there is so much competition actually right around the corner...hard to say how it would set apart. Room had some traffic noise (I faced I-90), breakfast was super standard. Bottom Line - Nice. No complaints but no raves either. Next in Moses Lake I'll look around.
