Mormal Forest Vacation Packages

This hotel gives me so much pleasure that everytime I have an opportunity to get a room there when I am in Brussels at a reasonable rate I'll stay there. Mainly I enjoy the Grand Sablon area, but having nice, clean, pleasant hotel there with a comfortable room makes it a wonderful combination that brings me there over and over.

Front desk staff very helpful. But when they run off a ticket for a guest they may wish to note that there are 2 airports in Brussels. I thought there was only 1 and almost missed my plane and had to take a very expensive cab to Charlebois.

Only issue was finding the entry point n a very busy street. Once that was accomplished our stay was great. Staff is courteous and facilities very clean. Parking was adjacent and easy.

I arrived early, and they were able to hold my luggage while explored the city. I arrived back later for my 3 PM check in time, and my room still wasn't ready, but the front desk clerk was extremely apologetic, kind, and professional, and he assured me the room would be ready in a few minutes, and it was! He offered me water while I waited, and he was also very friendly and helpful since I also accidentally lost my luggage ticket, but he remembered who I was, so I lucked out. So, I am more impressed with the way a hotel staff handles their guests more than I am with my room being a little late, and they really handled that well.
