We chose this hotel for its peaceful location and convenient distance from both airports, which worked well for us as a family. However, the actual stay was underwhelming. The Wi-Fi was consistently weak, making it difficult to stay connected. More importantly, the service was quite poor; we had to call the front desk multiple times just to get basic items like towels, as there was no proactive housekeeping. To top it off, the "beach view" promised in the room description was nonexistent. It’s a nice area for couples and families, but the management needs to significantly improve their service and transparency.

My first room door lock wouldn’t work and couldn’t be fixed and because hotel was full they couldn’t transfer me to another room until 2 days later. At time of checkout my 2 Mastercard wouldn’t work and I had to use my corporate Amex. Those same cards worked perfectly for the rest of my trip in all other hotels. They also couldn’t provide me a hard copy of my invoice because of some computer/network issue (might explain the credit card issue somehow…) and even though they said they would send one by mail I never got it.
