This hotel was lovely to stay at. It only have 32 rooms, with restaurant, spa and pool. The staff were amazing the breakfast staff and evening staff were so nice they did everything to make your food amazing. Thanks to Ankar and Bhushan. This hotel goes out there way to make your stay amazing. The sunset there is amazing and you can see it from the balconies from your room. The rooms are so clean and modern. They clean your room each day with fresh sheets. The location is nice too as around there is a local beach and restaurants on it too. There are stalls near by and loads of supermarkets as well a pharmacy. We found a local bread shop too near by where they bake everyday and it’s cheap to buy the bread and if the bread is a day old you get the bread for half price. This hotel is great for couples as well as families. They don’t exchange money in the hotel but there is a money exchange like 2 minutes down the road. Everything is near by. I would so recommend this hotel.
Stayed for 4 days here and chose this place as wanted to explore the hidden beauty of North Goa and this place surely did justice to our mini vacation. Mr. Dhanraj Nabhapur did an amazing work by managing the staff who knows hospitality better even in offseason. Along with the stay, the best surprise was when one of the staff Mr. Faridul Sarkar redecorated the room with flowers which took our experience a level higher. We have already recommended this place to many of our friends who are planning to visit Goa soon and must say, its worth it. Be it the view, the rooms, the location and yes, do not miss the spa! Way better than what the market offers. A little improvement on the menu is something that they can work on. Preferably, have an off-season menu. I know it's only been 3 months and hope this place does the justice going forward for travellers instead of becoming like other commercial places. Thank you and Kudos Team! P.S. you have really designed your room beautifully. One should learn how to make use of every place in the room from this hotel. Cozy, comfy yet beautiful!
We stayed there for 4 days and really enjoyed it. It was as expected- peaceful and relaxing. Food was awesome, got a lot of options. The staff there was also very good- Omkar, Bhushan, Sandeep and Rakesh.
Hi guys, We were the 5 couples stayed in Acacia hotel from 11th to 15oct, 2019. Sharing with you our experience which might be helpful for you. 1. Pictures of hotel shows a good oceanfront view but in reality the ocean view is only visible for a drone flying above hotel property. Pool size in pictures of hotel is very large but in actual pool is Kids play size only. Entrance of the property is very narrow and uncleaned, usually will find stray dogs. Property does not have any greenery/lawns. So the pictures posted on websites are mislead only. 2. Alacate menu price is very expensive, guess they charged 160 rs per 500ml coke bottle. 3. Break fast menu options were very limited to extent staying in 2 star hotel. Only one juice, one omelette, one sbji and partha. Nothing else at all. 4. Rooms have glass doors that too with tuff lock. Have too be mindful with regard to privacy if not in routine to pull curtins on doors. 5. Last but not the least during the last checkout time just before entering the car, we were held for half an hour as the staff was trying to get count of glass and towels etc. 6. Hotel cleaning staff was calm and quit helpful. But head of waiters Named Ankur was very rude by behavior and his expressions were unbearable spl. When on vacation with family and friends to enjoy. I would not recommend any family and speacialy couple's to book this hotel to spoil your vacations. Regards Bhumesh Bansal
Its a great property, we were a group of 14 and trust me we are very loud and always all over the place, but they never complained about anything. The staff was so humble, co-operative , especially SAJITA, she is q sweetheart , it was a friends bday and i had asked her to arrange for a cake, she not only called for a cake but with the help of her staff decorated a small section near the pool. Now about the rooms and property ; it’s beautiful and peaceful , the food is also great. I would definitely visit again. And would highly recommend this resort for all the group of friends, couples and even family with kids as the kids will enjoy in their pool. 👍🏻 For everyone’s reference i have posted the picture of our huge group. Thanks
Lovely Hotel, in a quiet location, within walking distance to main beach, and just off of the main road, where other restaurants and market stalls are a few minutes away. We stayed out of season, so it wasnt full at any time. All of the staff are very friendly and attentive - especially to two waiters (sorry cant remember the daytime waiter name) and also evening waiter Ankur (?). Brilliant service. The food was excellent, sometimes a morning buffet breakfast and other mornings a menu to choose from. Evening dinner was often fresh seafood by bar b que, or from the main menu. They were very accommodating to provide additional food options if available. The pool area is lovely, but limited number of loungers or shade available, Could be a problem once they get busy. Pool towels were supplied. The infinity pool overlooks a green open area which you can see the sea through the trees. There is a jacuzzi alongside the pool. The room was really comfortable with A/C, a kettle with tea/coffee, fridge, a safe, TV, and towels, with a balcony with table & chair. The Spa offers various treatments at a reasonable price. The foot message was very relaxing. My partner had the full body massage and was very impressed with it. We felt very relaxed and safe at all times. The only thing we disliked was the repetitive loud music at the poolside, but this was turned off or volume lowered if we requested it, but also dependent on which other residents were at the poolside, as some residents liked the music. Also, some noise (drills etc) from neighbour building works, but this is out of the control of the Hotel. If I visited Morjim again, I would definately stay at this Hotel again and can highly recommend it.
It was a excellent stay and they gave us the best service. We really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi with some tasty snacks and tea also beer. The rooms are really clean. Must visit if want a good relaxation with family/friends.
